Yoga Classes Liskeard

There are two Yoga classes that are held in the Public Hall each Tuesday, the first session runs from 9.30am – 11am and then the second session from 11am – 12.30pm.

All classes are led by Alexis Hager, who is a registered Yoga Teacher (BWYQ Level 4 Diploma 500 hours). The classes are held in the Quimperle Room.

Students need to bring their own Yoga Mat. £7 per class.
