For participants new to Pilates or wanting a more relaxed class. We take you through the foundations of Pilates, covering the Principles of Breathing, alignment, and postural based exercises to help you grow in confidence and increase your fitness levels.
Menheniot Village Hall. Starts 23rd February. 6.30pm. £60 for 6 one hour sessions.
