When we can accept what is, instead of fighting against it, wishing it was something else, we free ourselves from the emotions and constraints we normally experience. With this freedom we can peacefully move on with our day, remain calm and when problems arise, we can overcome them without the upset and hurt.
Classes Wednesday 7pm – 8.30pm Liskerrett Centre.
Accepting What Is – June 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th.
Finding Clarity – July 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th.
£7 per class – 5 for £25.
