Ki Aikido is a fascinating and dynamic practise, with emphasis on calmness in movement, complete relaxation, increased awareness and general health and well-being. It promotes agreement rather than contention, and translates as ‘The Art of Peace’
Beginners are always welcome. Anyone can practice regardless of size, age, gender or ability.
Main Hall in the Liskerrett Centre every Thursday from 7.30pm – 9.30pm.
Mat fee is £10 (£5 concessions) plus £24/year membership.

The club will also be running a beginners introductory 4 sessions through January at a reduced price of £60 for the four sessions which included the annual membership of £24.
