Ki Aikido
Every Thursday 7pm – 9.30pm, at the Liskerrett Centre.
Fascinating, dynamic exercise, emphasis upon calmness in movement, complete relaxation, increased awareness and health and well-being. Beginners always welcome. Anyone can practice regardless of size, age, gender or ability.
Main Hall from 19.30-21.30.
Mat fee is £7 (£5 concessions) plus £18/year membership. Sensei Anthony Waters (1st Dan)
