Jeffing Session – Power Runs Cornwall – Run Together

This is a Run Together group that focuses on helping people in the Liskeard community to use running, jeffing (run/walk/run technique) and walking to improve their physical, social and mental well-being. It is a social exercise group and everyone is welcome.
Each session is led by an England Athletics Qualified Run Leaders and you will be supported every step of the way by your run leaders and the group.
The group is supported and funded by Liskeard Town Council and The National Lottery Community Fund.
All of our sessions are FREE and available to everyone.
If you would like to improve your physical, mental and social well being then Power Runs Cornwall is for you!
Every Monday and Wednesday evening at 7pm.
