Higashi Karate Club Adult and Children sessions

Higashi Karate Club holds classes every Tuesday evening at the Liskerrett Centre in Liskeard.

Children’s Class 6pm – 7pm (6 – 15 years of age)

Adult Class 7.15pm – 8.30pm (16 years of age and older)

Learn Karate and Self Defence

Gain discipline, confidence, co-ordination and fitness.

Wear loose clothing and bring water to drink.

£2.50 a session.
