Yoga for all with Oak Studio – The perfect Yoga to unwind from a busy week.
If you’re curious about giving yoga a go, or if you’re nervous about restarting your practice, then this is the place for you. Offering a friendly, kind and safe space to explore movement and breath. It is a lovely and welcoming group and suitable for all levels.
Friday 9am – 10am.
