Mondays:
10am: Tai chi Chen Style, online
11.15am: Somatics, online
7.30pm: Qigong, online (through Tara Centre, Lancaster)

Wednesdays:
10am: Qigong, Liskerrett Centre, Liskeard
11.30am: Somatics, Liskerrett Centre, Liskeard
2.30pm: Tai chi Chen Style, Upton Cross Village Hall
7.30pm: Tai chi Chen Style, online

Thursdays:
1pm: Tai chi Yang Style, online

Saturdays once a month:
10am: Tai chi, Bagua, and Qigong, Downderry Village Hall
11am: Somatics, Space to Move, Plymouth
12.15pm: Qigong, Space to Move, Plymouth
