The Combat Cubs & Teens Program (Kids ages 5–10) & (Teens ages 11–16) is a unique blend of martial arts that provides a modern alternative to Karate and Tae Kwon Do schools, while setting them up for a lifetime of health and physical activity. Our program consists of Jun Fan Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Self Defence giving students a great combination of both physical and cognitive fitness. Cubs & Teens classes will leave your child both worn out and happy.
Body and Brain
The blended elements of our Combat Cubs & Teens program helps the individual student to develop the ability to problem solve whilst developing coordination, strength and discipline. They also happen to be extremely fun and great exercise and improves focus, it promotes healthy brain development in surprising ways. Teaching your child to work in both leads fosters “cross-lateralization” between the right and left hemispheres of the brain, creating a stronger synthesis between the creative and analytical qualities of the mind.
The Combat Cubs & Teens Program has all the character-building benefits of traditional martial arts systems but it takes a modern approach. Our instructors genuinely care about the students and work hard to make sure that each child feels included. Students in our program feel both supported and challenged, physically and mentally. A structured monthly striping system and yearly belt testing ensures your child and you see a constant progression with a clear path to the coveted black belt.

Combat Cubs 5 – 10 years old
Tuesday & Thursday: 5:15-6:00pm
Combat Teens 11 – 16 years old
Tuesday & Thursday 6:00-7:00pm
