Based in Liskeard, Cornwall with over 25 years experience Pollard Architectural provides an array of services ranging from individual building projects to large scale developments.  Jon Pollard established the practice in 1999 and since then it has grown steadily, employing a small team of experienced and dedicated staff. Jon is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Building and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers, with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.

The practice works on a variety of projects across Cornwall and Devon: from private houses, extensions and barn conversions to larger housing schemes and a range of commercial work, including hotels, residential homes and industrial buildings.
Working throughout Cornwall and Devon, Pollard Architectural takes pride in our well established working relationships with Local Planning and Building Regulations Authorities, Highways Departments, Fire Officers, Environment Agency, English Heritage Agency and many other governing bodies who may be involved with many of today’s construction projects.
